Booking & Payment

A booking fee is required to secure your session: £50 or 1/3 of the total package price (whichever is greater).
This booking fee is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of the shoot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 3 weeks before the shoot date without penalty.
If you cancel within 3 weeks of the scheduled date, the full session fee remains due.
Deposits can be transferred to a new date as long as changes are made more than 3 weeks prior to the original shoot.

Session Details

Standard session lengths: 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3-hour morning or afternoon sessions.
Sessions may take place at:
- A local location near Lucy (Waldridge Fell and surrounds)
- A location of your choice (home, beach, woodland, etc.)
- Multiple locations by arrangement

Add-Ons & Extras

Images & Delivery

All images are professionally edited in LucyD’s signature style.
Your digital gallery will be delivered within 2 to 7 days, depending on the session size.
Images from your session can be used for personal use (printing, sharing online, etc.)
All images remain the copyright of LucyD Photography, though clients are granted full personal usage rights.
LucyD Photography retains the right to use selected images for marketing, social media, website, and portfolio use.
If you have concerns about specific images being shared, please notify Lucy in writing before your session.

Children & Pets

Well-behaved children and pets are welcome, but must be supervised at all times if not actively being photographed.

Tailored Sessions

All packages are customisable. Tailoring your package may incur additional costs which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Events & Festivals

Terms may vary for event and festival photography. These will be discussed individually and agreed in writing.
Model and photo release forms may be required for public events and large group coverage.
